Part 2
Approaching Thirty Years in Science: What Has Happened, and What Should Have Happened, in That Time Part II: Doing Something About My Frustrations Over Animal Research: Moving Away from the Bench and Out of the Laboratory |
Dr. Jarrod Bailey, Director of Science and Technology at the Center for Contemporary Sciences, is sharing his journey through the years as a scientist in the second of his new three-part blog series. In Part II, Dr. Bailey discusses his need to help change how biomedical science is conducted, for the better. |
Dr. Bailey received his Ph.D. in Genetics from Newcastle University, England, then spent seven years investigating the possible genetic causes of premature birth in humans, using human tissues. |
